** Important Notice **
Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Reporting
The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has officially reinstated Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting and set a new filing deadline of March 21, 2025. After a temporary suspension, this update reinstates compliance requirements for businesses subject to the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA).
The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) announced that it will not impose fines, penalties, or other enforcement actions for failures to file or update beneficial ownership information (BOI) reports under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) by the current March 21, 2025 deadline.

2024 Corporation(Form 1120) Returns
March 15, 2025 is tax deadline for:
** 2024 S- Corporation (Form 1120S) Returns
** 2024 Partnership Returns (Form 1065) Returns
** We recommend filing extentions on these type of returns (1120S & 1065) due to the early filing nature to avoid errors
Please call our office A FEW DAYS before the March 15 & April 15 deadlines to file an extension to avoid PENALTIES, INTEREST & FAILURE TO FILE ON TIME FEES
Extended Returns
Extended returns have different filing dates depending on the type of tax form being filed. You can request an extension, but that must be requested by the tax deadline above to avoid Failure to File on Time Penalties.
